How is the price for fleev calculated?
fleev is available starting at €40 per month. The starter package includes 250 call minutes. To use fleev, you also need an AI phone number for €9 per month. The larger your minutes package, the lower the effective price per minute.

Is there a trial?
Yes. You can try fleev without commitment. You receive 50 test minutes to get started. The trial ends after 10 days or once the minutes are used.
How do the minutes packages work?
Minutes packages include a fixed call volume at reduced rates. By default, the 250-minute package is active (€0.16 per minute). Depending on the package, the price can drop to €0.13 per minute. If your quota is used up, additional minutes are charged at the standard rate of €0.19 per minute.

What are the requirements for fleev?
fleev integrates into existing phone setups. Each fleev phone assistant requires a phone number. For this, you can book a number package for €9 per month.
Is there a contract commitment?
No. fleev can be cancelled monthly. You remain flexible and can adjust minutes packages or phone numbers at any time.
Can I use my existing phone numbers?
Yes. Existing Placetel phone numbers can be connected to fleev. This includes local numbers, toll-free numbers and international numbers. You remain reachable under the numbers your customers already know.
Is fleev GDPR-compliant?
